I love this book, and I thought it would be nice to follow up to my recent juicing post with a book that will give you even more healthy recipes to help kick start your 2014 in a health conscious way. Not only does the book contain recipes that are tasty and nutritious, but they are also great for anyone wanting to boost their vitamin and nutrient intake, such as expectant or breastfeeding mamas and children, who can have them alongside a healthy and balanced diet.
