Get the kids out in the garden this Autumn and explore!
I love this kit and will definitely be getting one when the boys are a little bit older. It’s informative and creative.
Ok, it’s coming. I know, I know, it’s still Summer but let’s be honest, Autumn is knocking on the door and the evidence is beginning to show! The leaves are starting to betray the summer blooms and the wind has been crazy here, so I am thinking forward and getting prepared to enjoy one of my favourite seasons!
Autumn brings the chance to explore just that little bit more, I mean Summer is all about being outside and running around enjoying yourself, but Autumn is the time when everything get’s really interesting. The colours are wonderful, the bugs are about, plants are still growing and it is just so much fun for kids to go on scavenger hunts and really explore. So with that in mind I wanted to feature the fab Seedling Explorer set.
I love Seedling kits as it is, but this just seems like the perfect kit for moving into Autumn. In the kit you get an LED headlamp for seeing underneath those logs and stones, drawing books for noting down your great findings, colour pencils so you can make a diagram, a magnifying glass (not for burning the ants please!) and a list of insects. There is also a really cute fabric bag to keep everything in so your little explore can be organised as well as adventurous.
