Have you heard of this? Apparently it’s been going around for a few years, but this will be the first year I have done it, and I have a lovely reader to thank for telling me about it!!
Basically, dinovember was started by a lovely couple whose son was dino obsessed, much like my own middle boy! They started taking pictures of what the dinosaurs got up to on an evening after he had gone to bed, and soon it was discovered that parents around the world LOVED what they saw and wanted to join in. They started the hashtag #dinovember to bring together all the pictures that people were sharing and since then have released a book with images and continued to make November a significantly more fun month.
This November, I’m joining in with dinovember on Instagram, where I am sharing a daily picture of what our dinosaurs have been getting up to. At the end of the month I’m planning to gather all the pictures, plus some out takes and have them printed in a hardback photo book for Toby for Christmas, I think it will make a lovely, unique gift for him and something he will be able to look back on in years to come!
