I have been a fan of the brilliant party store Little Lulubel for ages now, in fact you might remember the lovely Natalia, who owns the store, sent me over one of her pre packed and ready to go party packs for Reuben’s third birthday party last year?
Anyway, this year I just don’t have it in me to host a party at home – I’m too tired and with a new baby in the house, I can’t think of anything worse than having 20-25 screaming and excited 3-4 year olds charging about (not to mention that some of them, Reuben included, will bring along little friends for Toby to wreak havoc with). Uh-uhh, not going to happen.
So I’ve actually chosen to have Roo’s party at a big play centre, and unfortunately they don’t allow external decorations and only allow their own food etc. On one hand it is a huge plus for me, I have everything done for me (hooray!) but on another, it’s a shame because everything they provide is a bit lack luster and certainly nothing like the wonderful party accessories that Natalia has put together. One thing I am still going to do, because they are shockingly poor and this play centre, is spruce up the party bags! I love party bags, and I love seeing children’s faces when they receive them, they always look so happy and delighted with whatever they get!
Little Lulubel has a fabulous selection of party bag treats, which (as the place we are going to is called Creepy crawlies’) fit in wonderfully with the little creepy crawlies theme I have going on! With every type of vintage ‘party bag’ toy that you will remember from your childhood, and a whole range of wonderful sweets, plus the unique option of printing on different materials for a personalized touch. Not to mention a pre-made selection which fits with every party theme going, Little Lulubel is a genuine one stop party shop that you can’t help but love!
If you have a party coming up (any kind too, not just birthdays – I will be back for some christening supplies in July) then you should definitely head over to Little Lulubel here.
