After re designing the boy’s bedroom and then designing Edith’s nursery, I have come across some really awesome finds for kid’s rooms and I feel like these handmade cushions from Roxy Makes Things are certainly one of those finds! These handmade cushions are made from repurposed fabrics, from vintage clothing, and handmade felts – so no two are ever the same.
This black cat is a perfect example of having a custom made pillow of your own pet or of your favourite animal. Our’s would be Mushu our siamese cat, what would yours be?
One thing I really love is, if like Toby, your child has a real affection for a particular animal or even a beloved pet, then you can ask designer Roxy to make one for you. I’m seriously considering sending over a picture of our siamese cat Mushu, who Toby terrorises daily with his extreme affection and ‘cuddles’… basically he sits on her, squeezes her and carries her from room to room!
