I love the beautiful Hazel Village animals, they are perfect for all ages
I have written before about my sons having teddy bears as comforters, but oh my I wish I had come across Hazel Village before I had given them their, now much loved, teddies. These animals are simply beautiful and made with such love and attention.
Each animal is made with organic cotton fleece and stuffed with hypoallergenic polyfill (some are even stuffed with wool)! The eyes are all stitched so the animals make the best presents for a new baby and they are even made in a fair trade factory and hand finished in Hazel Villages own workshop in Brooklyn, New York. Each animal feels like it has a personal touch to it, and isn’t just a mass produced toy, which I just love! When you click on each animal you get a little story on the site as well, how cute is that?!

If you want something that is just that little bit more special, Hazel Viallage custom make orders in their workshop just for you. You tell them what you want, they will provide you with a sketch and once they know you are happy with the design they make it for you, to your specifications! I think this is such a perfect thing to do for a child who will be using their animal as their comforter, as no one else will ever have another ‘special friend’ like it.
The animals are a perfect gift (for Christmas maybe?) and the company send out all their orders with a super cute canvas bag and a little scented pouch. You can even ask them to gift wrap your chosen toy. Perfect!
