Why this blogger?
Lisa is one of those friend’s who is always in our group chats with a quick fire gif and total honesty. She’s a doesn’t take shit kinda gal and I LOVE that, Lisa is also one of those mamas who I am in awe of for her stunning figure in such a short time after having baby number 2. Like Kerry and Louise, Lisa has suffered through postnatal depression and is so brave for sharing her story and helping other mamas feel less alone.

Hi, I am Lisa – Lucky Fiancée to Trevor and proud Mummy to Captain Jack and Baby Hudson.
The Love of a Captain Blog, founded in May 2015, is a place to share and record our family adventures and the joys and troubles of being parents to two boys under two.
